Virtual matchmaking events - How do they work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 20 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
The first day, October 20, 2022 is fully dedicated to virtual B2B Matchmaking.
During the second day, October 21, 2022, all sessions are held at Cité Internationale Universtaire de Paris and you will have the opportunity to meet all participants in person.

01 July – 13 October 2022
Starting July 1, you will be able to register and select the sessions you wish to attend. Then, you can see who is participating in the meeting. You can also define if and when you want to be available for B2B meetings
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
20 September - 19 October 2022
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
Starting from September 20, you can start receiving and sending meetings requests to attendees you want to meet in virtual (20 October) and in person (21 October) B2B meetings.
A few days prior to the event, the exact time for your meeting will be scheduled. You will receive an email with your meetings schedule or you can always check it online
5) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. Check your camera and microphone and don't be late!
